Terms & Conditions of booking
Pasta Face Food Truck is fully accredited and able to be entirely self-sufficient in terms of power and water, and the pricing of the Menu Options above includes adequate staff within the truck to serve your guests quickly and efficiently. We also can take care of waiters to serve our delicious food to your guests if you require.
We generally cater for the Melbourne metro & surrounding suburb areas; depending on your location we are still happy to attend, however a travel charge may apply. Please contact us in relation to pricing on particular areas.
Pasta Face Food Truck don’t charge a truck hire fee as such; however we do have a minimum spend on food purchases which fluctuates depending on the time of year. Peak seasons are our busier months so our minimum spends can increase. Please contact us in relation to our minimum spends as they do change throughout the year.
Yes, we can offer Vegetarian/Vegan and Gluten free options. Generally catering only becomes viable for events with 60+ guests, however, drop us a line as we could still help you out!
The dimensions of our food truck are the following:
5.7 L x 2.4 W x 3.6 H
(Please note that the food truck needs to be parked on a level ground and off council property. Also, we Must be parked off any roads and strictly parked on private land.)

Please ensure you have confirmed availability for your booking with Pasta Face & you have thoroughly read over the following information before completing & submitting this form. To secure your function booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is paid upon booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to your function.

Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
1.1 A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking and confirm the date.
1.2 Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
1.3 The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled without written notice or if the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the event.
Payments
2.1 The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. We’re flexible with guest numbers, allowing you to make adjustments to the final invoice as needed.
2.2 Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.
2.3 Payment can be made via bank transfer or any other method agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
3.2 If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded in full.
3.3 If a cancellation is made less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
3.4 No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.
Menu and Dietary Requirements
4.1 All menu selections must be finalised 14 days prior to the event.
4.2 We will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies if notified at least 14 days in advance.
4.3 While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, Pasta Face cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens due to the nature of food preparation.
